PETRAMAS staff is trained to properly discharge of wastes with the clear objective of providing solutions to the problems of urban sanitation, which is a major concern for local authorities.
The training includes ergonomics and occupational health, in order to learn or correct the positions they take when carrying out their responsibilities, so that no problems arise in the future. One main rule is the ongoing assessment of staff, in compliance with general standards of cleanliness; proper use of uniform, gloves, equipment, tools and security features.
These services are complemented by the washing of public infrastructure and irrigation of green areas. Washing allows adequate infrastructure maintenance and cleaning. It also enables the proper display of road safety elements 
thus avoiding potential traffic accidents. In places where there are latrines and in all other areas where required, the washing is done by using detergents and disinfectants that eliminate odors that can affect users.
