These units are equipped with modern GPS systems (satellite locators) which makes it possible to have constant information on their location to ensure excellent performance, quality service and prevent the unexpected.
The field staff is properly trained to provide quality service; politely doing their work, using the established schedules, covering all scheduled service routes and implementing the security standards of service.
Supervisors perform rounds and unannounced visits, and are constantly communicating with field staff and the population that is being served. In this way, management is kept informed of all issues therefore insuring that the service is continuous and constant.
