Lawyer and Historian with expertise in public and private sector related to the management of solid refuse. Seventeen years ago he founded PETRAMAS, which is recognized both nationally and internationally. Due to his hard work and success, he has been recognized with the following awards:

General Manager SAC PETRAMAS
Company certified ISO 9001 - 2000, dedicated to the service of collecting and transporting solid waste, street sweeping, maintenance of parks and gardens, cleaning streets, roads, plazas, furniture and service for the disposal of municipal solid waste and industrial non-dangerous.
Project Development Mechanism (CDM)
PETRAMAS promoter SAC, a Peruvian company's first urban sanitation in developing a Clean Development Project (CDM) approved by the Executive Board of the United Nations as Project No. 708, in Huaycoloro Landfill. He is currently developing the second CDM project.
Draft Electricity Generation
He is developing the first Electricity Generation Project in Peru, based on bio-gas produced from solid waste - Landfill Huaycoloro. (PETRAMAS won in 2009, the Public Bidding for Renewable Energy in Item Bio-mass and obtained a concession for 20 years).
